    Only a very small amount is required—typically less than a teaspoon. Any unused material is always returned to you with the utmost care and respect.

  3. Is the process safe and respectful?

    Absolutely. I treat every order with compassion, dignity, and the highest level of care. Your loved one’s ashes or keepsakes are handled individually and never mixed with others.

  4. How long does it take to create my jewellery?

    Creation times can vary depending on the piece, but most orders are completed within 4-6 weeks. I understand how important this is and will always keep you updated throughout the process.

  5. What materials do you use?

    I use high-quality materials mailny sterling silver, but can also source gold, and stainless steel to ensure your jewellery is both beautiful and long-lasting.

  6. Will the ashes be visible in the jewellery?

    This depends on what you choose. I'm happy to guide you in choosing what feels right.

  7. How do I send you the ashes or keepsake?

    If you are local, you are very welcome to arrange a time to drop off your inclusions in person — I understand how important it can feel to hand these over yourself.

    If you are sending them by post, I kindly recommend using a tracked or signed-for service (such as Special Delivery) for your own peace of mind. This helps ensure your loved one’s inclusions arrive safely and securely with me.

  8. How should I care for my jewellery?

    We recommend keeping your piece away from harsh chemicals and storing it safely when not worn. Gentle cleaning with a soft cloth will help preserve its beauty over time.

  9. Can you include pet ashes or fur?

    Yes, I am honoured to create pieces for beloved pets as well. I understand how special they are and treat every order with the same level of care and respect.
